Piquez le fond un peu partout avec une fourchette. Couvrez la p\u00e2te avec un papier de cuisson et d\u00e9posez par-dessus des noyaux de cuisson (ou haricots). Enfournez pendant 15 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Enlevez le papier de cuisson et r\u00e9-enfournez pendant encore 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la garniture : \u00d4tez le c\u0153ur des chicons et coupez-les en 2. Faites fondre le beurre et mettez-y les chicons \u00e0 \u00e9tuver. Une fois que les chicons commencent \u00e0 se colorer, ajoutez le jus d&rsquo;orange. Faites caram\u00e9liser \u00e0 feu doux, puis disposez les chicons sur le fond de quiche.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Effilochez le Aoste Jambon cuit \u00e0 la Broche et r\u00e9partissez sur les chicons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me : dans un bol, fouettez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me et le lait. Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du cheddar puis assaisonnez avec sel, poivre et noix de muscade.
